Great Shoes but not customer services

I am completely chuffed with my boots. However, I claimed their free gift that did not arrive.
When I emailed them with proof, they fobbed me off so I gave up after my phone call did not get returned.
I’m glad my boots fit beautifully because I’m not reliant on Logues’ customer service online.

Part of the terms & conditions to receive the free gift you needed a minimum purchase of over €70.00 and unfortunately your purchase was below this threshold, Also as you were based outside Ireland we would not of been able to post the aerosol spray with your purchase at it is prohibited for international shipping.

This is why your code would not work when making your purchase at check out.

  FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER € 70 IN THE ROI. 

We aim for next day delivery in the ROI for orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Thursday, however this can take up to 2 days and longer depending on our postal partners, peak delivery times such as November and December, Weather conditions and Covid-19 Restrictions all of which are out of our control. 

 

Delivery times will normally take up to when no restrictions are in place:

Republic of Ireland : Average of  1-2  working days.

UK :  Average of  2-3  working days - Customs Charges may be due .

USA + CANADA : Average of  5-12 working days.

Rest of the world : Average 7-12 working days.

 

Please note: For deliveries outside of Ireland and the EU trading area there could be additional Customs and Taxes due on your purchase, Their may also  be restrictions and delays in your delivery which is beyond our control, during the global pandemic. We will notify you should our postal partners be unable to deliver to your country.

 

Cancellation: If you have made a purchase and wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by email to info@logues.ie and once we haven't shipped your order we will be happy to cancel your order for you.

 

Returns for the Republic of Ireland

Please use Click and Post for easy and low cost shipping from (€4.95/€ 6.00 per parcel) 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and Logues.ie which is why we’ll gladly refund or exchange your unworn purchase within 30 days of the date shown on your invoice/receipt.

Note: We will extended our returns policy from 14 days to 30 days when Covid-19 restrictions are put into place.

We welcome Returns to our Eyre Square store.

Returns can also be returned to our shop in Galway city. You can take your purchase to the internet Drop off point at the till in the ladies department with your returns slip.

No refunds are available in-store and this is a drop off point only and refunds will be processed via the online store as soon as possible and this can take up to 5 working days.

If you wish to exchange your purchase on the day, Please contact us in advance in order for us to have your shoes ready for you, And to avoid any unnecessary delays as not all of our styles are available in our Eyre Square store on the day.
